This calendar includes all upcoming events happening within our Every Nation Baxter church family as well as our citywide church family. Please familiarise yourself with it so you can rally your team members should there be any events that may be beneficial to them.
For our church reporting, it is important that all ministry statistics remain up to date. These reports are compiled annually. If your ministry takes weekly attendance, please upload an image of your attendance register each week so that our records stay current. This applies especially to our Kids and Youth ministries. Please upload attendance in the correct date folder for easy tracking. For all Connect Group leaders, please complete the stats form so that we can track: how many groups are currently active The kind of groups (gender, mixed or family, young adults) which groups need additional people how many new groups may still be needed This helps us trace our impact as a church.
Orders are placed bi-weekly and close every Tuesday at 11:00 am, as we order in bulk together with our citywide church family. Orders may only be placed by the HODs of Tea & Coffee, Info Table, Ushers, and Guest Lounge teams. If you need to order something and are not part of one of these teams, please send the Baxter office WhatsApp a message for assistance. Before placing an order, please check your stock levels carefully so that we do not over-order. If the item you need is not listed on the order form, please contact the Baxter office for assistance.
Please note that on Sundays we aim to have no more than three announcements. For this reason, it is best to submit your announcement at least six weeks before the date you would like it to go live. All announcements are subject to approval. We generally aim to give each announcement two airings to allow space for other church notices. If you need a design created for your announcement, please complete the design request form and include all the necessary details. If you choose to create your own design, please use these specifications: 16:9 projector-friendly format Minimum font size of 30 Please note that if you submit your own design it may be adjusted slightly to ensure they display clearly on the projector.
